Good thing about the buildings.
1) Parking is a huge plus. They have under ground parking here. Very well lit and I feel very safe in the building. But its only for tenants. Guests have to st park or park in temple garage.

2) Brand new appliances carpet etc. It's a pretty new building and everything works fine. Washers and dryers on every floor. Almost never ran into anyone using them.

3)Manager and super are really great. Super has fixed any issues I've had the day of request. Manager is great and they take packages for you, which is great since i'm not home during the day.

4) apartments are quite huge and tall ceilings and best part is I cannot hear my neighbors. Only time I hear them is when the people upstairs flush the toilets cause they are quite powerfull but other than that I never hear them.

Overall a great building. Only 2 downsides I can see to the building

1) If you live on the Temple st Side it gets really loud at night on weekends, when you have all the drunk people walking to the garage. From the other side you can still hear the clubs on crown st at night but not nearly as bad. But if you're a light sleeper this could be a problem.

2) Price: Seems to be pretty expensive when compared with the apartments in the area but it's a really nice building so...
