My apartment is spacious and quiet, has great appliances and a nice view. The location is perfect: I can walk to work or virtually anywhere downtown and I can easily drive with the amazing parking garage. The building always feels clean and the staff is organized. I can depend on the manager being around her office from 10 to 5, very available and with a smile on her face. I can also reach her on her cell when I really need something. Though I wish we had a 24 hour doorman, this is a pretty good compromise.
