Great place to live!!

I'm writing because this site was very helpful when I was looking for a place to live. This is the nicest apartment building I've ever lived in. The building was completely renovated a few years ago and they did a great job. The apartments have incredibly high ceilings and tall windows. They are flooded by light during the day. Everything is new and clean, and works well.
The apartments are very quiet. I work at home sometimes and there are no distractions. The building is downtown, very close to restaurants, bars, theatre, etc. Consequently it is safe to walk around the neighborhood in the evening and
at night. This is pretty unusual for New Haven! Although it is possible to hear
some of the street sounds at night, it is not very loud.
Very convenient if you work at Yale. I walk back and forth with no trouble (and no waiting for their shuttle buses).
Even better is the indoor parking, which is a real asset in New Haven. I travel frequently and nothing could be easier for getting on 91 North (two blocks away) or when returning late at night.
The management is very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
