UNHAPPY WITH BREWERY SQUARE

I have been an inhabitant of Brewery Square Apartments for the past 6 years, and I would like to voice my concerns about the incoming tenants, which reflects our current manager.
As a working professional, I not only take pride in living at Brewery Square, but I have passed the word onto several friends who are of Asian, Latino, and Caucasian decent, and who are also looking for quality apartments. To this end, these interested friends have called the manager to inquire about vacancies, and they were told that applications were being reviewed in Spring of 2004. Subsequently, since the new manager has taken over, I have seen people only of ------- American descent moving in on the weekends, and I am quite upset by the mere fact that this could very well become a racially segregated dwelling. What are the protocols for obtaining an apartment here at Brewery Square' I certainly think, in all fairness to our human existence, that we are all a "melting pot", be it our race, creed, color, etc. I am very disappointed in the management at Brewery Square and I speak for many of my neighbors.
I expect that this matter be taken into serious consideration. If there is no follow-up, I can assure you that more severe actions will be taken, as this is simply breaking the law!
