This is the 3d apartment in New Haven in which I've resided, and it is unquestionably the best. Great management, top-quality amenities and appliances (including washer/drier in each unit), and well-maintained common areas. I am very happy with my 1-br, and plan to stay as long as I'm a renter in New Haven.
