I really loved living at the Centerpointe. The apartments are very high quality.. from new in-unit appliances including a large dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer etc, to bathroom fixtures and beautiful cherry hardwood floors. The manager, available 9-5 on weekdays in her basement office, is a wonderful person and any maintenance or other issue is addressed promptly. No noise carries from other apartments at all. On-site gym and lounge are great too! Definitely the best place downtown and worth the price. They took no shortcuts with this place.
