The three-bedroom unit was a delightful place to live in. Lots of sunshine and good view from most of the windows. For a few months, we had neighbors who liked their music loud, but they quieted down afterwards.
The best things are its management, maintenance and convenient location to Yale and downtown New Haven. It'll be perfect if the windows could be washed oftener and kept clean off pigeon droppings.
A very lovable place indeed.
