I have lived at the Center point Apts for the last 4 years, only to leave because of a change in jobs. I was lucky to find the place about 1 year after it first opened. the place has everythin that you need (a sm gym (with free weights up to 50lbs, universal machine, bike, treadmills, etc) a very spacious and beautifull common room w very big flat screen TV, pool table, and very warm and helpful supert and maintenance man. the common areas are well kept. it is a great place to come home too after a long day of work. the individual units are all a little bit different, but all very nice w hard wood floors, granite tops, etc. i would without reservation reccomend this place to other people. probably the only downfall, though not a sig problem, is parking. the closest parking lot is about 2 block away, and it does make it a little difficult to load/unload and then park after doing grocery shopping. otherwise, great location to shops, bars, restaurants, etc
