Apartments themselves are great, but
some of the tenants live there through
the fair-income housing act. As a result,
there is a very high percentage of
indigent tenants.
Management is also poor.
The front door has been broken from
9/02 to 2/03 with no security for
the tenants. The managers have
responded that they are still working
on it.

Have you ever heard of correlation! You shouldn't assume that the indignent people are that way because they pay lower rent. The people in question are class-less because that's who they are as a person. The section 8 tenants that are not a problem are the one's who you don't notice. Don't judge them all by 1.

Very good response. for your information all apartment buildings have to offer sec 8. It's the law. i am not on sec 8 but know alot of people on sec 8 and to my surprise i have not caught anything isn't that something
