DISSATISFIED

I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONERS FOR THE 2 YEARS THAT I HAVE LIVED AT NINTH SQUARE. I HAVE BROUGHT THESE ISSUES TO THE MANAGER'S ATTENTION BUT THE PROBLEMS WERE NEVER FIXED. THE HEATING IS POOR- NO HIGHER THAN 65/70 DEGREES- AND AT TIMES THE HOT WATER IS COOL OR WARM. ALSO, BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS IN THE APARTMENT NEEDED FIXING BUT AFTER MAINTENANCE TOOK A LOOK THEY CONTINUED TO WORK POORLY. IN MY OPINION THESE APARTMENTS COST TOO MUCH FOR WHAT THEY ARE WORTH. THEY NEED TO WORK MORE ON THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES AND LESS ON THE OUTSIDE. THE WALLS ARE THIN ENOUGH FOR ME TO HEAR MY NEIGHBORS CONVERSATIONS AND WHEN THEIR PHONES RING. GOOD LUCK!
