Shootings regularly occur at the Dunkin Doughnuts one block away. Most are low income units. You have a thermostat, but they control how high you can turn it up. We've had to buy extra heating devices in the winter. Lot's of street noise... people yelling, motorcylces, trash truck at 3 am. Fitness room not well maintained (broken TV and treadmill haven't been fixed for some time now). Equipment is old and often find people/kids loitering. Concierge service is hit or miss. Don't be fooled by the pictures or appearance of the lobby. Only lived here for convenience. Would never recommend this place to anyone I like.
