This apartment complex is grossly overpriced and suffers from very poor management. I have lived there for two years and they are on thier third manager (the worst one of the three).
I recommend checking www.newhavenregister.com for classified ads. You will find better apartments, for less rent and not have to be subjected to the incompetent management of the 9th square.
