i have lived here for 2 years and recently decided it is time to leave when my lease is up in June. Someone went to the bathroom in the stairway not urine, yep....POOP! They had the nerve to leave tissue with it. maintanence workers are up to no good. This building is a known crack addict building. A woman on crack jumped out of her apt. window and killed herself about 3 years ago. I found this all out a little too late. The other day the hallway smelled like urine. People (MAINTANENCE MEN) do not mind their business....they enter apts. when they want to. BEWARE THE RENT iS WAAAY TO HIGH. IF something is broken you will have to wait for the concierge to do something about it, the maintanence men are too busy smoking, or watching everyone all day.

I have lived here for several years and know of the woman on crack that jumped out of the window. get your facts straight. the poor lady was not on crack she had loses the past year and could not handle it, i knew her and she was not on crack oh by the way people in fairfield are on crack also
