Packages have been stolen by the staff on several occasions. The complex manager says on one occasion that there have been no problems (') but on another occasion, she says the procedures have been changed to eliminate the problems. You have to treat the people giving you your package as though they are trying to steal them. Also, the hallways are not cleaned often, and glass and other dirt has been allowed to stay on the carpet for weeks. Newspapers are stolen, so I cancelled my subscriptions.

I've lived here for 3 years and I love my apartment. Full washer and dryers in the apartments..heat and hot water included. Priced by income. Everyone is pretty friendly once they see you enough. I've never had a problem with missing packages and used to recieve alot of them and still do. New haven is known for mail theft even from your own front yard..happened to me in wooster square. If that's your only problems with ninth square then that's not that bad. the noise is from the collisium and when that goes down...so will the noise, and it's already decreased alot since they are almost done with it. My only complaint is that the collisium isn't putting anyone up when they knock it down and there is alot of handy capped people in the building and they want us out that morning ay 4am.olivia mcguire
