The apartment itself is pretty good. My roommate and I didn't know each other very well and the layout is such that we lived on opposite sides and could stay out of each others way.
The only problems we have had is that. A. They are tearing down the coloseum which is louder than hell. B. My roommate car got broken into TWICE by the same people, in the parking garage. Please know that there are NO cameras and NO night supervision and people know this. Also they have done nothing to help her.
The walls are thick so you can't hear anything from neighbors.
