Ninth Square is Not All That!

We have lived at Ninth Square for years and have seen management and maintenance staff come and go. Quite a few of the office managers have been rude. My apartment consistently gets poor heat and limited hot water, especially on weekends. We've had mice since the implosion of the coliseum last year. The walls are paper thin..You can hear EVERYTHING..If you know what I mean. Then there's all the loud music, traffic and club goers and people from the many restaurants at 1-2 a.m. on the street during the week outside my windows. In addition there's also the multiple fire alarms..Most were false but a couple were real from idiots who started to cook and forgot or fell asleep. You have no way of knowing the fire alarm is real or not until after which could be too late. Imagine waking up to a fire alarm at 2 am on a Sunday to find out later it was a false alarm. Now they charge you for a clogged toilet, replacing old blind panels and even light bulbs for their large vanity mirrors. This place is over priced and so not worth it..Their living off of their past reputation. Save you cash for a downpayment on a house...you'll be happier. Trust me.
