We did a major R&D before renting this place and found that this was the best deal in the entire downtown area. People who have complained about noise should actually compare with Temple Square or Taft etc..

Agreed that during weekends this place is filled with people till 3 AM. But thats that.. I dont hear any noises from neighbors.. Staff is helpful, regular maintenance, amazing parking, close to restaurants, train, bus, highway everything.. Been here for almost 6 months now and yes, there have been Fire Alarms.. twice both false.. but then thats the case with any apartment for that matter.. Otherwise very quiet neighborhood. Very safe and very neat!!

If you are planning to rent it.. just go ahead and do it.. You will not find a better place than this in this area.
