OK Downtown place to live in

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
This place has undergone some major renovations in the past 3 years that I've lived here. The renovations were terrible to put up with, but the place actually does look alot better than it used to. Apartments are big. Management sucked 3 yrs ago but they are getting better. It is NOISY here due to the ambulances-but the neighbors are generally quiet. Can't beat the downtown location. Security is decent.
