great place post-renovations!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
While pre-renovations, this place looked like some bombed out Eastern European city, it's now beautiful! The building just completed a big $4 million plus project. Lobby, exteriors, I love it! Units are big, location is ideal -- it's about time the owners realized what a wonderful building they had, and decided to invest in it. I'd definitely recommend it.
