This is the most horrible place I ever been
Maintenance is ridiculous and it takes forever. Everytime I asked for emergency, they came in 2 days later and then they asked for a permission from an owner of the unit which will take another couple of days. They always said " if you need this immediately, then you have to pay"--> which is totally ridiulous. You are just stuck in the middle of the owner and the management office with being a victim
Cockroaches were common and they even had Rats in some of the units. I mean, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
Windows have never been renovated since its initial building year
