I love this building, the staff, the facilities, pretty much everything. I don't know about all the negative reviews maybe they had bad landlords. I own my unit and have NEVER had a problem with the maintenance staff or the building management as a whole. Since the units are rented out by owners not the building itself you should make sure you get on with your personal landlord and are okay with their rent, as it varies. There is parking in the lot next door and it is very safe. We have 24 hour security and the guards are lovely. I am really happy here and know most of the other tenants are as well.
