You call the office, they never answer. You go to the office they're never there!!! That pam lied to me too telling me that cats were ok and then when I went to sign the lease I had to pay extra every month for the cat!!! She is very dishonest and she should not be trusted. I was waiting for a package to be delivered by ups and she claims it never came even after I told her that ups had verified HER signature on the receipt!!! What is she doing, taking all of our stuff that we pay for and keeping it for herself''' As soon as my lease is up I'm outta here!!!

That's not a lie... When they say Pets are ok. They are. Doesn't mean your not going to pay extra. That's normal for most apartments anyway.

What an icky little toad you are. The Crocker House is pretty much full all the time, so someone must be answering the phone. It's not their job to sign for your packages, it's a courtesy. Grow-up silly little person.
