| I lived at Highland for about 3 years. Overall, it was about average. Tennant service sucks, though. The building is old and the above floor bath tub would leak all the time, leaking into my bathroom, ruining the ceiling/walls..mold ect. ... more | ||||||||||||

| the apartments are really nice, big!, but maintenence is horrible, noise is horrible( walls are very thin), parking is bad. Neighborhood is not bad at all. kind of pricey. Oh yea, no AC either. | ||||||||||||
