Make sure your apartment is in good shape before signing papers. Most apartments are worn down and several apartments have locks preventing the windows from opening/falling out. Apartments in drastic need of repair. Duel locking doors to apartment prevent visitors from announcing there presence. Polite receptionist turn 180 degrees after lease signing. Renters beware!!!

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at.
