Nutmeg Woods apts have gotten a bad reputation form residents who did not follow the rules and therefore have had bad experiences. I live at Nutmeg now and love it! It is very convenient, perfect location right near everything!! the maintenance staff has been to my experience, great. Every time I have had a complaint they have responded in a very timely manner and the problem was solved. I have never seen any of the things these other people have complained about here at Nutmeg Woods and I have lived here almost a year now and I love it. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. My advice would be to not take everything you read as the truth, remember, anyone can write anything here. Go visit the place and judge for yourself, I know I did and I am very happy I did.
