Make sure to record all your conversations with whomever you speak to regarding refunding your security deposit once you apply. I called within the 3 days to get my security deposit refunded and yet they tell me I called 10 days later. My phone records show when I called and my voicemail records also show when they called. Also, they never actually tell you that your application was approved so that later they can say that they did and you'll have no idea if it was and when, so that you can waste time and not call within the 3 days to get your money refunded. A scam!
I'm making sure to let the government know of this injustice.
