Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
IT is a trap, they will attract with lower rent and all sorts of offer, But it is a trap. They will jack the rent like any thing. DONT RENT WITH ANY TARRAGON PROPERTIES, all of them are same stories. YOU have to call maintanence for every thing. Apartments are not properly maintained.
Except for convinient access to highway every thing else sucks. YOU WILL GET INTO DEBT TRAP.
