I hate this place! The buildings are old, falling apart and ALL smell aaweful! The staff was great for a period of time and now have all gone down hill again. The turnover of people in the office and in maintenance is crazy. Even the people employed by the company don't want to stay. The leasing staff now are so rudeand not ata ll helpful. There is not even close enough parking and to get a garage you'll pay an arm and a leg. You pay this ridiculous charge of water every month...$40 even if I do not turn my water on once. Not fair! The police are here several times a day. I have seen car chases, drug deals and assaults. I do not feel safe to walk to my car at night. The lights on the property are almost always not working. It is all in all a loud, smelly, dangerous place to live. Its really getting very expensive too. Would not recommend it to a soul!
