I must say no one is perfect but they do try their best here. Overall the water is roughly $27.00 our heat & hot water is included, It is a very quiet place from time to time there is parties but they don't bother us. The are very pet friendly it is an expensive pet policy but it still works out it is $375.00 but they use it towards pulling up the carpets in the end when you move out. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is great sometimes you have to get on them a little because there are only 2 maintenance workers but most of the things I have requested at done within a week. The people in the neighborhood pretty much keep to themselves. There have been a few issues with peoples cars getting keyed but the leasing office has been notified, the patios defiantly need to be re-done but they do work. Overall it is a great place to live and I have been there almost 2 years.
