We've lived in said complex for 14 months now and just tonight found our front door kicked in. The main door that leads to all 6 apartments in our number is always faulty. I have personally called it in quite a few times since we moved in. Either there's a rock stuck at the bottom of the door to keep it from locking or the door is just defective the hinges are busted. Anyway, there's almost always a problem with the main door. This community is supposedly a key-in entry, meaning, unless you're a resident of the complex, there is no way you can open the main door by yourself. That is our only security.

Anyway, we called in maintenance (24 hr service) and he was courteous enough to be here within 20 mins (prompter than the cops, mind you). After checking out what best to do (put a metal plate on the door), he got what he needed from the shop and fixed our door (temporarily) within the hour. Kudos to them.

If you're to consider moving, try to observe a little more. We didn't when we signed our lease. All we knew was that the unit was neat enough for newlyweds. But unfortunately, the neighbors come with the apartment. The community is ok, not the greatest, but ok. Meaning it's a coin toss if you'll have a good and caring neighbor or you'll have neighbors who'll have their puppies poop in the hallway (w/o picking after them).

We have a 2 bedroom which was perfect for all of the stuff (we have complete sets for each room). The only drawback would be the dining area, that could be tricky for some units, you have to figure out how to squeeze that in your layout. Rental rate is pretty fair and competitive. Staff, I must agree with the other reviewers, are good at what they do. They will help you as best they can. They gave us the option to get out of our lease or get moved to another unit.

the staff is rude and never honest. The tenants most of them with temp employment and also into drugs...a risky place to leave your girl friend or wife alone at home.
