but that's really the only advantage to living here. I've lived here almost 3 years and we're getting less and less for our money and the rent keeps going up and up every year by at least $50.00. Rental prices seem to be somewhat negotiable as I have talked to neighbors in the same complex and apt style paying widely varying rents. Pet fees are non refundable, carpets are cheap and nasty, repair work is shoddy and many units need modernized. Staff is not great and there are apparently some internal issues with property managers and high turnover. Vandalism in the parking lots, and they've recently cut down all the nice trees and most of the shrubs on the property which was one of the nicest features. Also, the balconies and siding are filthy and need washed badly but Mgmt. won't do it. This has not been a pleasant place to live. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
