I first moved in to Ocean Reef in early to mid ?01 and have lived there since. I have never had a problem with their staff except for one of the ladies...but she no longer works there, so problem solved.

As far as the maintenence guys go, Chad is the man! This guy is always professional and courteous and really does his job well.

Ive had numerous trouble calls and they were all fixed very quickly.

The rent does rise annually, however it isnt for lack of reason...there are other powers at work here. I cant remember why, but there was a perfectly good explination from a real estate friend of mine. The long and short of it is that Tarragon (controlling owners) is essentially forced into raising rent.

My only complaint is the level of noise reduction within the apartment itself. My upstairs neighbor walks normally however it sounds as if an elephant is trampling overhead. I hear my upstairs neighbor?s alarm clock almost daily. He can hear my sterio even if its on low.

One last thing...I too, have seen the staff (nice as they are) entering positive comments about the apartment complex on this website.
