It's OK. You pay for living by the beach and on the "better" side of new london. The apartments had a few glitches not enough too piss me off though. They fixed it and that was that. The neighborhood is not the worse and let's be real it's not 5 star living but it's not the ghetto. However, I did not appreciate the rent going up every year when ammenties remained the same'!
