Squire One not your best choice

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Having lived here for 2 1/2 years and having previously lived in exceptional rental properties to compare it to; Squire One has been a poor experince, too many noisy neighbors in the apts. or on the streets, poor security (locals view it as the slums), have witnessed drug dealers on the street, the local Police Dept. is very familiar with Squire One. The manager Tammy is rude, overbearing, has a nasty personality and attitude. On a positive note the Asst. Manager is a wonderful person, the Maint. guys are great and the property is pet friendly.There are few options in the area, but Squire One is a poor choice.
