Let me just say that sometimes things do get hard around here and if you knew the real owner of this place and willow pond you would feel sorry for Tammy. She has had turn over rate of assistants, for whatever reason. She does put up with a lot and does give second chances to people, for some who don't deserve it. The maintence is adequate but you do end up picking up after them because they leave a mess, but if you ever need anything fixed they are there. Its not the greatest but you forget that you are renting not owning a home. You do have one parking spot it might not be convinent to your home, especially with children but again you can't have everything. For those who decide to be announymous need to not leave messages, what would Tammy do evict you' Or are you still trying to get into this place''' These apartments aren't the greatest or is the area but you do end up sometimes finding great neighbors and arguing with others. The Tammy isn't exactly professional sometimes no matter what she wears or if she smoke in the office, but she treats you when you live here like a human being. Sometimes it doesnt work out but you eventually you learn to ressolve things. No matter how hard you have it imagine running this 140 and over apartment community with not the most helpful staff or greatest boss, which I have met one day. All I have to say is if you dont like it, Im sure there are plenty of other places or maybe buying a home. But dont expect people to take your comments into consideration if you cant leave your name because that just shows how coward you are.
