Ok but theres better out there

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Lived here for 17 months in a townhouse. Maintanence was in at least 2 days a week to fix heating. Windows leaked when it rained hard. Had to provide our own window A/C units. Playground is terrble way out of date not kept up. Are is not the greatest.Noise is an issue from apartments next door. Parking is pretty good. Office staff is ok but could work a little harder. Unit was spacious with a full basement though the basement leaked when it rained hard. Also poop everywhere, this was not enforced. Ok for a short stay. But there is better out there.
