I recently moved out of Squire One Apartments. I couldn't believe the lack of parking, the lack of privacy(you can hear any noises, conversations, footsteps next door, even Toilets Flushing! For crying out loud, they saved money on insulation. The scary thing about these apartments is the crime that goes on, both here and benind us in Eagle Point Apartments on Michael road. This is the worst place I ever lived. I never thought I would live in a place that is called a ghetto, a project or a "hood". The office staff is invisible and so is the maintenance. There are numerous families living in each apartment, which is against the rules, but overlooked. I have heard from someone I know who lives here, that the person next door to him actually "rents" out his basement and has people living there. The basements are NOT supposed to be used for living quarters of any kind, but I have heard many conversations to the contrary. I spoke to a few of my neighbors one of the many nights we stood outside watching firetrucks and cop cars about these things. It seems a great number of apartments/townhomes especially are rented by whole families, example: aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, ALL in the same unit. No wonder the parking sucks. Half of the residents are not American. Maybe Immigration should sweep the property regularly. All I can say is if there are any good reviews of this place, the people must have worked here. Clear and Simple. It is a huge roach motel.
