I would not sentence my worst enemy to live at Villages at Shore Landing. The apartments are nice and the grounds are kept clean, but the staff is horrible! All of them need to find new jobs! They are extremely rude and will call you for the most stupid things, but will not call you when something BIG happens. My next door neighbor had a fire in his kitchen and my apartment had about 5 thousand dollars in smoke damage. And they didn't even call to let me know, when I came home that night from work, I was shocked when my apartment was filled with grey smoke. Not only did they not call me but they also did not call the fire department. They tried to clean it themselves and offer me 20 dollars to wash my clothes! I ended up getting my apartment professionaly cleaned and ALL my laundry dry cleaned, but it took an order from the fire marshall to make them pay for it, and even then they had something to say the whole time. A friend of mine also lives there and their heater is broken, they told the staff and they said they could not fix it, yet they still charge them for HEAT! It is a nice first apartment, but the staff is horrible. If you want to live here just pray that nothing goes wrong so you do not have to deal with these rejects! HAPPY HUNTING...
