Don't come here. Mold,roaches, cold water half of the time, staff that hangs up on you (really caring and professional), neighbors getting arrested in the wee hours of the morning. No utilities included and much too pricey for what you get. The windows either don't close or don't open so there's a great draft in the winter and increase in your heating bill. Parking is bad and if you're lucky, your car will get rear ended while it's parked by a neighbor who isn't the best driver. I can hear my neighbors kids wrestling and body slamming each other so now there's a crack in my bedroom ceiling. And my son can hear the neighbor on his side snoring, so not much for insulation around here. this is the worst dump and environment i've ever rented so do yourself a favor and pay less if you're a glutten for this type of punishment!
I don't expect to see my deposit back and yes they love taking lots of money up front for that pet fee- more than the other apartment communities if you do your homework.
