BEWARE!!! The place is a scam.

BEWARE! The staff is incapable of holding to their word regarding critical issues, such as safety, security, and payment. They have little regard for the renter. As far as they are concerned, you are simply a walking wallet. The pools close early, the grounds during winter are not maintained (watch out for that ice!), they're incapable of managing their more rowdy tenants, and may the Saints preserve you if you think your payments will be processed correctly. Watch out for hidden fees!!!
Management chooses never to be held accountable for their own actions here, so if you think that you will be treated fairly, and justly, think again.
At The Villages at Shore Landing, the renter comes last.
