Gross, staff is awful - If you like mold, roof leaks, ice INSIDE your windows in the winter and dog crap.. this is the place for you. The women in the office are horrible. Not friendly... started out ok but in the end sucked the beginning started out ok with the management. then about half way through the lease they lost one of my rent payments and didn't get in touch with me. they have done nothing but cause problems in my life. it was horrible and the management doesn't

It is a great place if you want people to break in and rape you. When I moved into this apartment I knew nobody in CT and a month later somebody broke into my apartment at 4am and attempted to rape me after he attacked me. I give them credit they did let me get out of my lease after I felt

Don't live here!!! This place is nothing but problems!!! There are leaks under the kitchen sink that management won't fix, I have an inch of ice on the INSIDE of the windows, there are not enough laundry facilities, and I could just keep going! It is very expensive also

Not a Bad place to live... Nutmeg Woods seems to be getting better. Within this past year ive seen the property do a total 360. Its quite at nights agian, and also, so many great new neighbors! Im exctied to live here agian. I just wanted to say that be carefull what you read, only

not a horrible place to live but certainly not the best. good for a first apartment or to save some money. staff very helpful and friendly. some noise with the neighbors. maintenance staff responds quickly but do not always fix the problems in one visit.

Pretty Nice place. Today is actually my last day living here. After leasing the apartment for a year, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I had a good experience. Nice clean pool and the staff is very friendly.
