Do It!!!

This is a great apartment complex.

The facility is broken down into multiple buildings with about 12 apartments per building.

This does away with the cramped "housing farm" feeling.

Each apartment has a decent size porch.

There is a pool (w/sauna), tennis court, and a couple of open outdoor areas.

The apartments are clean and warm feeling.

They have this funky Authurian theme going which makes the place even more interesting.

Downsides...the rent is not the cheapest.

On top of that, the units are electric heat and hot water.

That's about it.

Some more benefits...the apartments are very energy efficient.

Most of the windows are double pane.

The electric bills are about $220 max (including a constantly cold girlfriend & 5 computers running 24/7).

The lowest electric bill was about $100 during the fall/spring nice weather times.

Each unit has a heating and A/C unit located in the bedroom area.

They appear to be brand new and are whisper quiet.

New filters are installed on a strict 6 month schedule.

The crowd is extremely polite overall.

I'm on a first name basis with a majority of my neighbors.

The higher rent keeps the potentially rowdy college kids away.

As far as safety is concerned, this is a nice neighborhood.

It's quiet enough so you notice anything out of the ordinary.

The Newington Police run a tight show and will respond immediately to any concerns.

The complex staff are great.

They have a dedicated group of maintenance people who take perfect care of the grounds.

Response to any problems is immediate.

Repairs are made within 2 days of the initial report.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in a nice, cozy, safe place to live.
