Professionally run and maintained.
A couple of minor repairs needed on move in, within 48 hours, all was taken care of.
Safe (female living alone), quiet, beautiful property.
After a nightmare with a private landlord, went on waiting list here and so glad I was able to get in.

Not cheap but worth it.
Hard to find central A/C and I have a cat.
One drawback, no w/d in apt but has very clean laundry room in bldg.
Decor is a little from the 70's, but so am I, so I love it!
