i lived in landmark for three years and habe never been happier that i moved out!!! the office at cambridge arms all have their heads up there asses. they charge you $100.00
to shampoo the carpets when you move out, then they rip the carpets up and pocket your money. the maintenance was the only saving grace, they were kind and finished things in a timely manner. as for the office they are all a bunch of coke heads who are rude and ignorant about running an apartment complex. i hope the right person sees this and does something about this ridiculous business!

I dont even believe that we are talking about the same place. Your picture looks nothing like the apartments so i am very curious to know where you got it. It bothers me that because of your review Landmark has a half way descent rating. When I was looking at apts I almost didnt move in because of your review .. thank god I didnt listen to your review because I am VERY HAPPY living here with my husband and young son.
