to begin, we moved in in the summer and we had 1 working a/c (only cooling the LR) approaching the winter time, we have "heat incl" but too bad our heat doesnt work throughout the whole apt! we have to use electric heaters in the bedrooms! noisy neighbors above and below. the parking lot is not lighted enough, the driveway and sidewalk are never plowed, sheet of ice after 2 days! sticks and cigarette butts cover the "grass" and DIRT. funny...playground' what playground' if you consider 1 rusty cracked old rocking horse a playground. maintenance is FANTASTIC! office team...forget it! they are so rude and all they care about is getting their money! The only good thing about this place are the turkeys that come to visit!

As a current resident, we also started 2 winters with no heat but once we called maintenance the problem was fixed immediately both years.

I have to agree with the noisy neighbors, you can hear every creak in the floor from the people up above. Thats the only draw back. Way to noisy
