Have enjoyed living at Landmark with the woodsy scenery outside and balcony. It's quiet and safe. In 4 years my rent has gone from 850 to 885 for a 2 bedroom. There is a pool and fitness room, walking trails and picnic tables with grills spread around. Maintenance is great, repairs are made quickly - I even had a cracked sink replaced the same day I called it in. The only drawback is the office staff, who are rude and unpleasant to deal with.
