I have lived at landmark a few years, and find it to have an exeptional
maintenance team. for the rent we pay for two bedrooms, and all the rooms are a
good size. its very reasonable, heat hot water and cooking gas, nice large
storage and laundry room in the basement. country atmosphere, yet close to shops
and the berlin tpke. there is a community center with exercise equipment.
a very nice pool with pation furniture. all the decks are large, and we have a
beautiful view of the pool! cannot complain at all, its clean, and there quick
to respond to any problems or concerns. a nice community for the money, and i have
checked out alot in newington, no way can you have all this for the price.
some are at least $100 more, with no deck or pool.
