When my fiance and I were kind of desperate last summer and moving from out of state, we were able to talk them down a bit. Our apartment is ok. It's not horrible. It's not great. Our building is quiet most of the time. Parking can be a hassle, but everyone has an assigned space. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, it is kind of small, and our bedroom faces the parking lot. However, it's ok. As someone who takes these things seriously, I wanted to write a review. I haven't had any trouble with the maintenace staff. They've been prompt and efficient. My fiance poked a hole in the bathtub tiling (poor workmanship), and they came the next business day. We had the hot water go out and the answering service at the complex wasn't working, but I was able to contact a leasing agent in Waterbury (they were open on the weekend) who was able to get ahold of our leasing agent and fix it.
