This is a great place to live. The rooms, living room and kitchen are big.
I lived in a two bedroom apartment and one bedroom has a bigger closet (mine). The room was an excellent size and has a large window that lets in a lot of light. The kitchen is excellent. It has a lot of space, a dishwasher and trash disposal. The apartment has a lot of closets, which is great for storage. There is also a bigger storage aea in the basement, next to the laundry room. The laundry room does look a bit scary and dirty. I wish it was better mantained. There is assigned parking and tons of parking for guests.
The maintanence and office staff is great and they help you right away. I did have problems with my heat all the time and would often stop working at its best. When I called about this, the staff would come immediately.
There are garbage and recycling bins near all the apartments.
It is sometimes noisy, depending on the neighbors. FOr the first 3 years I lived in the apartment, there was barely any noise.
The grounds, roof and general facilities are always being mantained and updated. Snow is shoveled promptly.
This is a very safe area. Also, it is near the highway and not far away from the center of town. There are two gyms within 2 miles.
I re-negotiated my rent every time they wanted to increase it.
