so so - It was a nice apartment overall, but noisewise was ridiculous...the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors all the time, and they can hear you. With the rent as high as it is, to have complaints about having 3 guests over and not even drinking or playing loud music, just sitting around the living room catching up on old times? Great Complex - My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year and are very happy. I moved here in August. The apartment is ok. Doors are damaged and worn out, carpet is worn as are kitchen cabinets. Grounds are kept nice. Wish I could say the same about the stairs and halls. Carpets are terribly stained, walls are filthy, doors dirty. I finally called to have stairs

Okay... This apartment is okay. The rent keeps going up and you can hear everyone's conversations around here. The bedrooms are decently large, but nothing is included in the rent. The basement is really scary and there are only 4 washer and dryers and its expensive to use.

Great place for the price Have enjoyed living at Landmark with the woodsy scenery outside and balcony. It's quiet and safe. In 4 years my rent has gone from 850 to 885 for a 2 bedroom. There is a pool and fitness room, walking trails and picnic tables with grills spread around.
