Keep Looking Unless you want a 1yr headache - I wish I would've stumbled upon the reviews here before signing 1 yr of my life away. Excellent Apartments - I have lived in many apartments. I grew up in a wealthy town so my standards are high. We moved into Landmark in March 2008. When we have an issue with anything maintenance is at our apartment same day. Everytime I call the main office and talk usually with Karen she is always friendly and helps me with whatever I ask.. Okay... This apartment is okay. The rent keeps going up and you can hear everyone's conversations around here. The bedrooms are decently large, but nothing is included in the rent. The basement is really scary and there are only 4 washer and dryers and its expensive to use.

Great place for the price Have enjoyed living at Landmark with the woodsy scenery outside and balcony. It's quiet and safe. In 4 years my rent has gone from 850 to 885 for a 2 bedroom. There is a pool and fitness room, walking trails and picnic tables with grills spread around.
