Great Complex - My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year and are very happy. FENN-WOODE LIVING I have lived at Fenn-Woode for fourteen years, and have no intention of moving anywhere else. The location is near everything - highways, malls, shopping areas. Maintenance is top notch, grounds are beautifully kept. The swimming pool is great.

Good decision. Very nice. Fenn-Woode has been a wonderful place to live.
It's quiet and everyone around is quite friendly and pleasant when you run into them.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! YOU"LL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT!!! We rented this apartment only because it had balcony. Nothing is included, electricity pretty expensive. The rent goes up every year. the staff is mean, never return your calls.

so so It was a nice apartment overall, but noisewise was ridiculous...the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors all the time, and they can hear you. With the rent as high as it is, to have complaints about having 3 guests over and not even drinking or playing loud
